The 10–90 Initiative is a project of First Responder Forward focused on helping first responders better understand mental health, recognize when support may be beneficial, and locate resources that understand the unique culture and demands of public safety.
The challenge coin is another way to put those resources directly into the hands of the people they are intended to serve.
