The 10-90 Initiative is a project of First Responder Forward LLC. This policy is maintained by First Responder Forward LLC and explains what information this website collects and how it is handled.

What we collect

Information you choose to submit through our forms: contact inquiries, class and event registrations, volunteer applications, advertising and nonprofit spotlight requests, provider applications, and newsletter signups.

Provider applicants may also submit professional documents such as licenses, resumes, and proof of insurance. These files are stored in private, access-controlled storage and are not published.

Basic account information (email address) if you create an account to manage a provider profile.

What we do not collect

This website does not provide clinical care and does not collect protected health information. Please do not send clinical details, diagnoses, or treatment records through any form on this site.

How we use information

To respond to inquiries, process registrations and applications, review directory listings, and send updates you have requested.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers.

Directory listings

Approved therapist listings display only the professional information a provider consents to publish. Sensitive contact details are restricted and are not exposed publicly through our systems.

Service providers

We use third-party services for website hosting, database storage, email delivery, and (when enabled) payment processing. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security commitments.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use only essential cookies and browser storage: keeping you signed in, remembering your light/dark theme preference, and recording your cookie choice.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell your data. If we add analytics in the future, this policy and the cookie notice will be updated first.

Email and unsubscribing

Newsletter and update emails include an unsubscribe option. Transactional emails, such as registration and application confirmations, are sent only in response to something you submitted.
